The mother of 5-year-old Shavneet Kumar said she will not let her son’s death case finish yet, as they will continue pursuing the matter in the High Court.
Radhika Kumar said the decision taken by PSC to impose a fine on the two Doctors that were found guilty of negligence during and after Kumar's surgery is unacceptable.
The two Doctors, Luke Nasendra and Teresa Lum have been found guilty of negligence during and after Kumar's surgery.
The PSC will now decide on what sort of fine will be imposed on the two doctors who are still carrying on with their normal duties.
