The Financial Literacy working group will look at providing financial education among adults as part of the 2010 green ribbon campaign.
This is one of the 3 key areas, the financial literacy working group to work on this year, developing national strategy, implementing a financial education curriculum for schools and developing financial competencies at household levels.
Reserve Bank of Fiji Governor Sadda Reddy said since financial literacy is being taught to children in schools it will be more effective if supported at home.
Pacific financial inclusion programme Jeff Liew said that the campaign will also give recognition.
The financial literacy programme was setup by the Reserve Bank earlier this year to promote greater financial inclusion in Fiji.
