The final report of damage sustained in various sectors after Cyclone Tomas is expected to be ready next week.

DISMAC=s Acting Director Pajiliai Dobui said the report is with the National Planning Office who will release the report once the figures and information is verified, adding assessment of affected areas have been completed.

The total cost of damage to various sectors currently stands at $76 million.

The Agriculture sector suffered the most damage with an estimated $49.07 million cost, bulk of which recorded in the Northern division.

Meanwhile President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau is in Taveuni today continuing his tour of affected areas in the Northern Division.
