FMF Flying Fijian 15's rugby loose-forward Netani Talei could miss Fiji's last pool game against Wales if he does not recover from an ankle injury.
Talei was injured in the game against Australia and the medical team is monitoring his recovery before a decision is made on his availability to play against Wales.
Coach Ilivasi Tabua said if Talei is not available, there are players who can fill in.
Meanwhile, captain Mosese Rauluni said that the game against Wales will go down in history for most of the players as a win would see Fiji in the quarter finals for only the second time.
The FMF Flying Fijians/Wales match kicks off at 3am on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Springbok centre Francois Steyn has been cited for an alleged bite on an opponent during South Africa's 30-25 win over Tonga at the weekend and will appear for a hearing tomorrow.
Steyn has been cited following Joseph Vaka's claims that he had been bitten on the finger, however the 20-year old Bok has protested his innocence.
The Springbok team management, who are still fuming over the inconsistencies in the entire citing and judicial process at the World Cup that resulted in a two-match ban for flanker Schalk Burger, have indicated that they will plead "not guilty".
The Springboks play their next game against USA at 1am on Monday.
