Indigenous Fijians in the North have engaged themselves in small and micro enterprises in order to assist the Northern economy.
Chairperson for the National People's Charter Advisory Council Josefa Serulagilagi said other Indigenous Fijians should also take this step as their participation in business and commerce needs to improve as they continue to lag behind.
He told the council yesterday that policies by certain ministries will be a great help to indigenous Fijians.
