The Vodafone Fijiana XVs side has made history recording their first ever win over Japan this evening beating them 24-15 at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
It was a physical battle as both teams gave their all in the final match of the two-test series.
Fijiana took a 17-7 lead at halftime with 3 tries and a conversion while Japan managed only one converted try.
It was a much more tighter contest in the second half as both teams only scored a try each with Fiji adding a conversion to their try for the final score.
Fijiana turns their focus now to their preparation for the Women's Rugby World Cup in England next year.
