Alipate Ratini scored the winning try for Grenoble as they defeated Seremai Bai's Castres side 20-16.
Metuisela Talebula's try for Bordeaux Bègles helped the side beat Sisa Koyamaibole and Dominiko Waqaniburotu's Brive team 27-23.
Flying Fijians winger Timoci Nagusa also scored for Montpellier while Joe Rokocoko combined well with Gabirieli Lovobalavu for Bayonne as they beat Toulouse 21-13.
Rokocoko also scored a try in the match.
