The FMF Flying Fijian's 38 points to 34 win against Wales to seal a place in the 1/4 finals has been rated as the best match of the 2007 Rugby World Cup so far.

Three tries in a frenetic 10 minutes to have set Fiji on the road to their second 1/4 finals since 1987 was an achievement that saw rugby pundits put the Fijians as the most impressive team from the 40 pool games that has taken place before the 1/4 finals.

Wales had a 34-31 lead with just 6 minutes remaining before prop Graham Dewe's try which was confirmed by the television match official for Fiji to deny Wales a place in the 1/4 finals.

The Canada and Japan 12 all draw is rated as the second best to Fiji's performance while Ireland's 14 points to 10 win against Georgia is rated 3rd.

Meanwhile, South Africa prop CJ van Der Linde has been diagnosed with a bruised right knee after being taken to hospital for scans following the Springboks training run.

Van Der Linde is expected to recover soon although doctors were not prepared to speculate on the exact time it would take to heal.

Van der Linde's injury comes only two days after fellow prop BJ Botha was forced out of the tournament.

Coach Jake White said that losing both tight-head props would leave the South African front row options depleted ahead of Sunday's 1/4 finals against Fiji at 1am on Monday.
