The Air Pacific Fiji Warriors will leave our shores on Friday with high hopes that they can repeat last week's performance when they will face the Tautahi Gold in Nuku'alofa.

Coach Ifereimi Tawake who wants to become the first local coach to win the Pacific Rugby Cup title, received a timely boost yesterday with doctors declaring all of his players fit to travel to Tonga.

Last year the Warriors outplayed the Tautahi Gold at Churchill Park and with the inclusion of players like Captain Alefoso Yalayalatabua, Samu Bola, Aporosa Vata and rugby league convert Alipate Tani, the side has an edge against their opponents.

Tawake will have to work on the discipline of his side after they gave away more than 10 penalties last week in a game that they controlled from the opening whistle.
