The Fiji under 19 cricket team has ended their two‑week tour of Australia by defeating the Scorchers by three runs on the Sunshine Coast.
Josaia Baleicikoibia scored 75 not out in Fiji's 249 for 8, with the Scorchers coming up just short.
The two‑week training camp was part of Fiji's final preparations for the Under 19 World Cup in Bangladesh, which gets underway next week.
The Fiji team flies out to the World Cup tomorrow and play their first match against England on the 27th of this month.
