The Fiji U-21 netball team has recorded their second win in the World Youth Netball Championship defeating Botswana 43-31 this evening in the Cook Islands.

As expected, the Botswana side provided much tougher competition to the Melissa Walker coached team.

Fiji led 31-21 at halftime before they stretched their lead in the 3rd and final quarter.

The Fiji team remains in second place on the points standing with Australia leading pool 3.

Australia this afternoon thumped Samoa 89-38.

Fiji's next game is against South Africa at 10am on Saturday.
