The Vodafone Fiji 7s team thrashed Japan 43-7 in their Cup quarter final clash and will meet USA in the first Cup semifinals of the Las Vegas 7s tomorrow.
Fiji outclassed the Japanese with seven tries and displayed a different ball game compared to their performance during the pool games.
Lanky forward Jasa Veremalua was on song scoring two tries while the other tries were scored by captain Osea Kolinisau, Jerry Tuwai, Savenaca Rawaca and Amenoni Nasilasila.
Fiji will meet USA at 8.50am tomorrow.
Meanwhile, South Africa defeated New Zealand 14-7 in the third quarterfinal.
South Africa will meet Australia in the second semifinal.
Australia had beaten Argentina 26-12 in the fourth quarterfinal.
The cup final will be held at 11.57am tomorrow.
