The Vodafone Fiji 7's side will face the series leader South Africa in the first semifinal of the Las Vegas 7s after thrashing France 31-12.
The second semifinal will be between New Zealand and USA.
The national sevens side was aggressive in defence in the quarter final and sound in attack when they set up four tries from powerful winger Savenaca Rawaca while prop Sitiveni Waqa scored the last try in the last minute of the second half.
Meanwhile Captain Osea Kolinisau has an arm injury and will miss the rest of the tournament.
Fiji will face South Africa at 8:32am today while New Zealand takes on host USA at 8.54am.
The final will kick off at 11.25am today.
South Africa is the defending champion of the Las Vegas 7s.
