Fiji is in for a showdown with Samoa at 11.20 tonight and whichever team wins that game will play the winner of the England and South Africa game.
On the other cup quarter finals, Wales will meet Australia while New Zealand meets Argentina.
Earlier Samoa narrowly lost to New Zealand 21-22 during pool play.
Fiji stormed into the cup quarter finals as Pool C winners following a comprehensive 47-7 win over Argentina in the decider this morning, defeated Zimbabwe 40-0, and then Portugal 28-5.
In the first cup quarterfinals, England plays South Africa at 10.38pm, Wales face Australia at 11.42pm and then New Zealand meets Argentina at four minutes after midnight.
The Cup semi finals will begin at 2.48am tomorrow and the cup final later at 5.36am.
