The Fiji 7s team is one more win away from winning the first ever Olympic Games gold.
If they do, then Fiji will create history as it will be the first Pacific island country to win an Olympic gold.
Fiji will play Great Britain in the Gold Medal final at 10 this morning.
Fiji beat Japan 20-5 in the first semifinal while Great Britain held on to beat South Africa 7-5 in a close contest.
The tries against Japan were scored by Vatemo Ravouvou, Josua Tuisova, Semi Kunatani and Jerry Tuwai.
Japan’s only try came through a forward pass but the referee went on to allow the try at the corner.
