Emosi Vucago, Waisale Beci and Watisoni Votu scored brace of tries, as the Digicel Fiji sevens team thumped Papua New Guinea 41-0 in their second pool match.
Fiji after losing to Wales last night, showed a big improvement and players combined well on all facets of the match.
Votu, Vucago and Beci all scored a try each, in each spell while Nasoni Roko scored the opening try.
Fiji now must beat Kenya in their final pool match at 9:56pm to advance into the Cup quarterfinals.
Meanwhile Samoa and South Africa are through to the Cup quarterfinals.
Samoa beat Japan 54-5 while South Africa defeated France 38-0.
Samoa and South Africa will meet in the final Pool B match to decide which team will finish as winners and runners-up in their pool.
