The Fiji Under-23 soccer team has reached the final of the OFC Olympic qualifiers in Taupo, New Zealand.

Fiji thrashed Papua New Guinea by 3-0 in the first semi-final.

Captain, Esava Naqeleca scored twice for Fiji from the spot kick while Zibraaz Sahib got the third goal for Fiji.

Fiji will now play the winner of the semi-final match between New Zealand and Vanuatu.

The final of the OFC Olympic qualifiers will kick off at 3pm Sunday and to qualify for the London Olympics, Fiji needs to win the final.
