Poor defense was again the highlight where Fiji missed more than 10 tackles in the first half which allowed Argentina to take a 12-0 lead before Fiji Coach, Eddy Waqa was forced to make some changes in his starting lineup.
Avinisi Vasuinubu and Dan Rawaqa were replaced by Emosi Vucago and Osea Kolonisau.
Fiji bounced back before half time as Metuisela Talebula converted Nagusa's try just before half time.
Argentina led 12-7 at half time.
