These are the words of Digicel Fiji Barbarians assistant coach, Etuate Waqa with only 3 days left for the competition to start in Suva.
Waqa who guided the Fiji team to win in Australia in the opening tournament of the IRB 7's said that the top local sides are in their best form to deny other teams the Uprising Fiji 7's title.
The Aussie Thunderbolts and Auckland will arrive today in Nadi.
The Uprising Fiji International 7's will kick-off at the TFL Stadium this Friday.
