The Digicel Fiji 7's team is using the same approach they used last year when they ended their 10 year losing drought to win the Hong Kong 7s title this weekend.
Manager Jope Tuivanuavou said after a poor performance in Australia, they have been tagged as the underdogs for this weekend's Hong Kong 7's and this has been used to motivate the players.
He adds the bonding among the players has been great, knowing that some of the players like Waisale Beci and Joeli Lutumailagi are in Hong Kong for the first time.
Fiji will play Thailand in their opening pool game tonight at 10.14pm.
