The Fiji Soccer Team has jumped two places up on the latest soccer rankings released by world soccer governing body FIFA.

Carlos Buzetti's team is now ranked 131st, although they haven't played any international matches lately.

Speaking to Village sports, Buzetti said they will try to improve their rankings next year when Fiji plays their World Cup qualifying round matches against Vanuatu and New Zealand.

Meanwhile, Argentina will end the 2007 season as the world's top ranked team.

Brazil remains in second place, with world soccer champions Italy in third place.
