The Vodafone Fiji 7s team is still in third position on the World Series points standing after finishing third in the Scotland 7s this morning.

Fiji has 129 points while New Zealand leads with 158 points and is on course to win the 12th title in 15 years.

South Africa is in second place with 139 points.

All New Zealand needs to do this weekend is reach the cup quarterfinal of the England 7s and they will win their 12th series title.

The last leg of the sevens series will be held in England this weekend where Fiji is pooled with Spain, Japan and Australia.

Fiji takes on Spain at 9.44pm Saturday in the first pool match. We then take on Japan at 12.50am Sunday and play Australia at 4.38am Sunday in the last pool match.

Fiji lost to New Zealand in the Cup semifinal 19-14 earlier this morning.

The All Black 7s won the Scotland 7s after beating Canada in the final 54-7.
