It is game day in Sydney.

The Vodafone Fiji 7s team will be aiming to win the 4th leg of the World 7s series in Sydney.

Coach Gareth Baber says they are prepared for their first game against traditional rivals, Samoa.

Baber has named captain Osea Kolinisau, Vatemo Ravouvou, Joeli Lutumailagi, Nacanieli Labalaba, Emosi Mulevoro, Kalione Nasoko, Jasa Veremalua, Nemani Nagusa, Mesulame Kunavula, Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Alifereti Veitokani, Jerry Tuwai and Samisoni Viriviri.

Forward Nemani Nagusa will miss Fiji’s first pool game against Samoa as he will complete his six match ban.

Nacanieli Labalaba will be making his debut. 

Fiji will play Samoa in their first game at 11.36am today, their second game is against Wales at 2.42pm and the final pool match is against France at 8.29pm today.    

The Gold Medal Quarter Finals will start at 12.58pm tomorrow, the semis will start at 4.53pm while the final will kick off at 7.51pm. 

Barring any upsets Fiji may meet New Zealand, Scotland or Australia in the quarterfinal.
