Fiji Police are in continuous consultations with its counterparts in Australia in relation to investigations against ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase for allegedly calling for foreign intervention prior to the December 5th takeover.
However, Police Commissioner Commodore Esala Teleni stresses that investigations are complex in nature and is taking time.
It was earlier confirmed that INTERPOL is assisting Fiji Police to gather certain information in relation to the case.
