Fiji struggled to find their rhythm and also get their offload game going as Kenya continued to frustrate their ruck and attack throughout the game.
Kenya’s Collins Injera was the man of the match.
In other the finals in Singapore, Samoa won the Plate final after they beat New Zealand 26-21, Scotland beat USA 14-10 in the Bowl final while Russia won the Shield final after defeating Wales 24-7.
Meanwhile, Fiji still leading with 147 points, South Africa is in second place with 139 points, New Zealand is third with 135 points while Australia is in fourth place with 115 points.
