Fiji out to repeat form in Japan 7s
Fiji had a scrimmaging session today and they will name their starting lineup for the first match against France tomorrow.
Hong Kong 7s player of the tournament Nikola Matawalu is confident they can be the first team to win a back to back title this week.
Matawalu said that the team needs the support of the nation and he also has a special message for Mitieli Nacagilevu who is still admitted at the CWM Hospital Acute Surgical Ward.
Fiji will play France at 3.12pm in its first match this Saturday followed by the second pool match against Japan at 6.47pm and against England at 10.09pm.
Meanwhile influential Springbok Sevens playmaker Cecil Afrika is on his way home after being injured last week.
The IRB player of the tournament injured his right knee during the pool games of the Hong Kong 7s and he will miss this weekend's Japan 7s.
Africa will be replaced by Renfred Dazel who will handle the play making role.
South Africa is pooled with Samoa, Scotland and Portugal.
