Fiji out to end 46 year drought
The Samu Domoni Junior coached side has been boosted with the inclusion of several France based reps that will try and end our 46 years losing drought to the host which dates back to 1964.
Record books showed that we have played the French side on 7 Test matches and we have not tasted a win with the only close game we had during the Rugby World Cup in 1999 where we lost 19 28.
Our biggest loss was in 2001 when France thrashed Fiji 71 10 and in the 2003 World Cup in Australia we lost 61 18.
Manager, Talemo Waqa said the combination of a strong French side and the cold weather not on their side with today recording a freezing 7 degrees Celsius, they will name their best line up tomorrow.
The Flying Fijian 15s rugby team will take on France on Sunday at 6am.
