The Fiji Airways Flying Fijians are now likely to play Scotland, Italy and France in the 8 team Autumn tournament.

Fiji was initially drawn with England, Wales and Ireland however changes are expected following Japan's withdrawal because of COVID-19 travel restrictions and Georgia's likely inclusion.

The tournament is due to start on 14th November with a 5th December final.

Full details are yet to be confirmed but the competition is serving as a replacement for the scheduled autumn Test series after COVID-19 restrictions initially prevented southern hemisphere sides from travelling to Europe.

South Africa was also linked with joining the tournament after Japan's withdrawal, World Rugby vice-chairman Bernard Laporte saying there were "advanced discussions" with the world champions.
