After two weeks of training and preparation the Vodafone Fiji 7s team is ready to perform in Wellington this weekend.
Coach Ben Ryan says the team is ready after a tough few weeks of training.
Japan gave Fiji a fright in the pool stages of the Cape Town 7s as they were leading 17-14 before Fiji scored a converted try in the dying seconds of the game.
Ben Ryan knows that Japan will be tough.
Ryan also has a lot of expectation from the players in this tournament.
Fiji is in Pool B with Japan, Wales and Argentina in the Wellington tournament.
They will take on Japan at 11.36am today.
Fiji will then face Wales at 2.38 this afternoon and take on Argentina at 5.46 this afternoon
The Cup quarters will start at 12.02pm tomorrow, the Cup semis start at 4.27pm while the Cup final kicks off at 7.30pm.
