The Fiji Mens hockey side has made it to the final of the Oceania Pacific Cup tournament.

They beat New Zealand Maori 7-6 in a penalty shootout when both teams were locked at 1-1 after the final whistle.

Fiji will now face reigning champions New Zealand Barbarians in the final today, who in the second semifinal, beat Australian Country.

In the Women's Division, New Zealand Maori and Australian Country will feature in the final. The Fiji Women's and the Fiji President's side lost in their semifinal encounters.

The final will start at 1:30pm at the National Hockey Centre.
