Fiji’s aim to win their third Pacific Netball Series title is on track but Cook Islands is standing in their way.
The Cook Islanders looked impressive last night in their 62-56 win over Papua New Guinea.
Cook Islands coach Margaret Foster said they have a good side which can surprise the Fijians at home.
Meanwhile, Fiji’s veteran defender Matila Waqanidrola is expected to disrupt the Cook Islanders attack along with captain Mere Neiliko as they have done throughout the tournament.
Waqanidrola said they will have to work harder to beat Cooks Islands.
The Fiji and Cook Islands match has just started at the Vodafone Arena.
Samoa has just beaten PNG by 66-48.
