The Fiji football association has received a written request from the Suva Soccer side for the deferment of the 2016 Pillay Garment Champion Versus Champion Series.
CEO, Bob Kumar says they will have a board meeting soon to determine the outcome of the request.
Suva wants to play the first leg on the 5th of next month and the second leg on the 7th of February.
This is because seven of their players are part of the Vodafone Fiji U23 team that will leave for Spain tomorrow.
The initial date for the first leg of the CVC series is scheduled for the 31st of this month with the second leg on the following week.
