The Fiji Soccer team had a one-all draw with Vanuatu in their international friendly match in Port Villa yesterday.
Ba striker Abu Zahid scored for Fiji in the final minutes of the match.
This goal was assisted by a Avinesh Swamy free kick.
Vanuatu were leading 1-0 at the break.
Fiji’s next match against Vanuatu will be at 5pm next Tuesday.
The two‑match fixture in Vanuatu is the beginning of the build‑up towards the 2016 Olympics which Fiji will play in for the first time.
Star striker, Roy Krishna will join the team on Tuesday as he is currently busy with club duties.
