The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team dominated Australia to win 31-12 in their second pool match in the Hong Kong 7s.

Fiji now has 27 straight wins in Happy Valley since 2015.
Aminiasi Tuimaba raced away from Fiji’s own 22 to score the first try of the match and give Fiji an early 7-nil lead.
The Australians replied with a try soon after before Jerry Tuwai powered through the Australian defence in the 5th minute to score and increase Fiji’s lead to 12-5.
Meli Derenalagi got a turnover just before halftime and this gave Tuimaba the opportunity to score his second try.

Fiji led 17-5 at half time.
Jerry Tuwai scored Fiji’s first try after the break after a quick pick up from the ruck and he raced away to the corner.
Vilimoni Botitu scored Fiji’s 5th and final try.
In other matches, New Zealand thrashed Kenya 36-nil, Wales defeated USA 21-19, England beat Spain 54-5, South Africa defeated Scotland 26-10 and Samoa beat Japan 31- 21.

Fiji will now take on New Zealand at 8.55 tonight.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 2.58pm tomorrow, Cup semifinals start at 7.41pm while the Cup final is at 11pm tomorrow.
