The Fiji Under-20 Rugby team defeated Wales 34-20 in the last hour at the Junior World Championship in Italy.

This was the 5th place semi-final match and Fiji will now play the winner of the South Africa and Ireland match in the 5th place play-off next Monday.

Former Lelean Memorial school student and National 7's rep, Metuisela Talebula ran in two tries while Eliki Sicinilawa also got a try for the Fijians.

Josateki Lalagavesi kicked five penalties to give Fiji the inspiring win.
