After winning the Pacific Rugby Cup, Fiji is now aiming to win the Pacific Nations Cup title on home soil for the first time, as they kick start the tournament against Tonga on July 2nd.

The International Rugby Board has today announced the revised schedule for the Pacific Nations Cup, now shifted from Japan to Fiji.

Fiji will host Tonga when the tournament gets underway at Churchill Park on July 2nd, while Japan will host reigning champions Samoa in Tokyo on the same day.

Round two on July 9th will see all four teams hosted in Suva for a double header match day at the TFL National Stadium.

Tonga will meet Japan while Fiji takes on Samoa.

The tournament will return to Churchill Park for the final round on July 13th when the 2011 champions will be crowned.

Fiji will meet Japan and Tonga plays Samoa.

The first trial for the tournament will be held on June 3rd in Suva.
