The Fiji womens basketball team is out of the FIBA Olympic qualifying tournament in Madrid.
The Michael Whippy coached side lost their second match in the tournament, this time they went down to Brazil by 125 points to 45. Valerie Nainima who played superbly against Spain in the first match again played a good game and was the top scorer for Fiji with 17 points.
Fiji yesterday lost to Spain by 113 points to 42. The side returns this weekend.
