American based company, Fiji Water again came under the spotlight during the Mini economic Summit last week.
Fiji Chamber of Commerce President Swani Maharaj said that the company should pay royalty to the government for using the name Fiji.
Interim Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said government will not take up the matter against Fiji Water adding that the company was registered in the United States.
A representative from Fiji Water who was present at the Summit had declined to comment.
