A special court sitting held this afternoon is currently in progress, where High Court Judge Justice Jocelyn Scutt, is expected to make a ruling on an application by Natural Waters of Viti for the Customs Department to release their products for export.

Lawyers from Munro Leys representing Natural Waters filed an injunction seeking court orders, which include that the Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority give the all clear, for its containers of Fiji Water sitting at the Lautoka Wharf, to be exported.

The meeting with lawyers from Fiji Water as well as the State and FIRCA are still in the court sitting which is expected to take another two hours before a ruling is made.
