The Telecom Fiji Warriors will meet Samoa A in the final of the 2016 World Rugby Pacific Challenge next Monday.

Fiji overcame a physical battle with Tonga A to convincingly win 56‑18 in their last round robin match last night.

The Fiji Warriors led 36‑4 at halftime.

A total of seven tries was scored by the Fiji Warriors with number 8 Eremasi Radrodro crossing over the try line twice.

Tonga A was only able to score two tries in the second‑half.

Indiscipline continued to be an area of concern for the Fiji Warriors as wing Lepani Raiyala was given a red card for dangerous play.

Raiyala received a yellow card for a dangerous tackle earlier in the match.

Fiji Warriors coach Senirusi Seruvakula was concerned with a decision made by the referee.

Tonga A was also given a yellow card and a red card in the match.

The Telecom Fiji Warriors will meet Samoa A at 6pm next Monday in the final.

Samoa A beat Junior Japan 42‑22.
