Fiji Warriors full-back Dan Rawaqa kicked a last minute penalty to snatch victory from the hands of the Queensland Reds development winning 27-26 in Ballymore last night.

The Reds 2nd XV looked certain to snatch victory when fly-half Matt Brandon slotted a penalty goal in the 79th minute to put them ahead 26 24.

But a mistake from the kickoff and an ensuing penalty goal from Fijian fullback Dan Rawaqa saw the Warriors snare the victory after the full time siren had sounded.

Fiji scored 3 tries to prop Setefano Samoca, hooker Viliame Veikoso and captain Rupeni Nasiga.

The Fiji Warriors next game is on Wednesday against the Junior Waratahs.
