The Fiji Warriors got a 41-13 defeat from the Waratahs last night in a Super 15 warm up match.

The Waratahs ran in seven tries to one and it could have been more had conditions been more suitable as humid conditions made handling difficult.

The Fiji Warriors lone try was scored by Navi Bolatagici while, Dan Rawaqa kicked two penalties and a conversion.

Waratahs newcomers Afa Pakalani and Lachie Turner each scored twice as the hosts built on a 34 0 lead at half time.

The Waratahs head off to a four day camp ahead of Thursday's trial with the Western Force while the Fiji Warriors play their next match against the Reds Academy team in a fortnight's time.
