The Fiji Warriors rugby side is eager to maintain its form and register its second victory in the IRB Pacific Rugby Cup against Tongan side Tautahi Gold this weekend in Nuku'alofa.

The Ifereimi Tawake coached Air Pacific sponsored side outclassed fellow Fijian team, the Barbarians 47-8 in their opening match and currently lead the competition points table with five points.

Team Manager Isei Rayawa anticipates tough competition from the Tongans but is adamant of a good outing.

Rayawa said that the Tongans will be very difficult to beat on their home soil and they will certainly display more aggressive and physical rugby and the Warriors have to be ready for that.

The Tautahi Gold/Fiji Warriors match kicks off at 12pm on Saturday in Tonga.

Meanwhile, the Fiji Barbarians meets Savai'i Samoa is at 3pm at Churchill Park on Saturday.
