Preparations for the start of 2015 Oceania Rugby Junior Trophy Tournament this Friday are on track.

Vodafone Fiji under 20 Coach, Salimoni Ravouvou is confident that he has chosen a good mix of players to represent Fiji in the competition.

The 26 member team includes prominent players from the Coke Zero Deans competition.

Some players in the squad are Serupepeli Uru, Mesulame Kunavula, Filimoni Savou, Laisiasa Bogidrau, Kaveni Debanaise, Meli Natoatagane and Jone Ukulele.

The teams taking part in the competition are Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and Tonga.

It is a qualifying tournament for the World Rugby Junior Trophy Tournament in Zimbabwe in April next year and will be played in a four‑team round robin competition over three rounds.

The team with the highest number of competition points will be the winner.

2015 Oceania Rugby Junior Trophy will kick off at 3pm this Friday with Tonga taking on Papua New Guinea at the ANZ Stadium.

Fiji will then face Vanuatu at 5pm Friday.
