The Fiji U20 soccer team last night learnt what they should expect when they face strong opposition during the playoffs after they were thumped by soccer giants Ba 7-nil in the National soccer league.

The Men In Black showed the young Fiji U20 team how soccer is played at the top level as they controlled the game from the opening whistle although they only led 2-nil at halftime.

Striker Malakai Tiwa scored four goals while Josaia Bukalidi grabbed a double and Shalendra Lal also got his name on the scoring sheet.

Ba now closes the gap on Lautoka and still lies on second spot with 15 points while the sugar city boys lead the points table with 18 points.

Tomorrow in the only one National Soccer League match at Prince Charles park, Nadi host Labasa at 7pm and you can catch a live commentary on our sister station Radio Sargam.
