The Fiji Under 20 football team has won their first OFC Championship match against Vanuatu by 3-2.

Fiji made a grand comeback in the second half to sink Vanuatu’s 2-nil half time lead.

However, the national team director Tarunesh Reddy has questioned the coaches selection for the run on team.

Reddy said the only concern for them was Rusiate Matirereqa sitting on the bench.

Matirerega made a huge impact when he came on the pitch as he scored the winner.

Meanwhile, Fiji takes on New Caledonia in their second match at 4.30pm, Saturday.
