The Fiji under 19 cricketers finished in third place at the ICC East-Asia Pacific cricket tournament in Vanuatu.
The side won the third and fourth place playoff against Japan by 10 wickets yesterday. Japan batted first and was all out for 35 and Fiji achieved their victory target from 18 balls.
Meanwhile, Papua New Guinea is through to the under 19 World Cup in Malaysia next year after winning the final against Vanuatu.
