The Fiji under 18 women's hockey side will need to reach the final of the Youth Olympic Games Oceania Qualification tournament to book a spot for the 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games.
Under the guidance of under 18 coach Tai Smith the side have been busy preparing over the last six months.
Smith said they will face stiff competitions from New Zealand and Australia but she is confident that the girls will be able to deliver.
The Oceania Youth Olympic qualifier Hockey tournament kicks off on the 8th to the 11th of March.
Meanwhile the 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games is schedule from the 16th to the 28th of August.
