Interim Finance Minister today revealed that he will be taking the Fiji Times to Court next week for printing a story implicating him as the Minister that has been evading tax.
Speaking to Village, Chaudhry said the matter is a serious one and he will be seeking legal help on it.
However, Editor in chief, Netani Rika said they stand by what they have printed and are ready to face him in Court.
Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase said Chaudhry has the right to take the matter to Court but remains firm that he should step aside.
