Fiji Takes on Samoa in the Quarters
The Josateki Savou coached side came through their pool unbeaten with a 40 - 7 win against Wales in their opening pool game before they beat the Cook Islands 21-17 in the second pool game and beat England 17-7 in the last pool game last night.
Speaking to Village Sports, Manager Opetaia Ravai said the players know what they will expect from Samoa in the quarter finals.
Ravai adds Coach Joe Savou has been rotating his players in all of the pool games to keep other coaches guessing the number 1 team that he will be fielding in the quarter finals.
Last night's results - New Zealand beat Samoa 19-7, Fiji edged England 17-7, South Africa thumped Kenya 33-7, and Wales out-classed the Cook Islanders 26-7 while Australia hammered France 24-14.
